To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **a Logistics Coordinator, on an indefinite contract, for our Teruel site** The Logistics Coordinator oversees warehouse operations and goods management, including material and component receiving, ensuring correct receipt, storage, preparation, and shipment of products. The role manages inventories, coordinates logistics flows, and guarantees adherence to deadlines and operational procedures.**Future responsibilities upon joining our company include:****Receiving and Storage Management:** Supervise material receipt, verify internal and external documentation, register materials in the ERP system, locate and label components, organize warehouses and optimize storage locations, and control inventories and stock—including scrap.**Tool Control and Return:** Track loaned tools, coordinate returns, and manage associated transportation.**Goods Preparation and Shipping:** Handle packaging and packing, load shipments, prepare and control documentation (delivery notes, CMRs), and manage customs formalities.**Internal Operational Support and Customer Service:** Assist mechanics with moving high-volume materials, collaborate on logistics tasks required by various teams, and serve internal and external customers.**Administrative Completion and Tracking:** Complete material control logs and ensure accurate registration of parts and components in company systems.**Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** Follow safety instructions, use personal protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to continuous improvement processes. **Job Requirements:** A **Vocational or Higher Education qualification in Logistics**, with prior experience in related functions. Operational-level office software proficiency and intermediate English language skills. A valid **forklift license** is required. Ability to work autonomously, methodically, and in an organized manner, demonstrating initiative and effective incident resolution. Ability to coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and maintain a structured view of assigned activities. Strong teamwork spirit, with capacity to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic work environment. Desirable qualities include proactivity, problem-solving ability, professional conduct, and conflict-resolution skills—key elements for success in this role.
