To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **A Structural Engineer, on a permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The Structural Engineer (m/f) analyzes structural damage and subsequently designs, defines, and supervises repairs in collaboration with operational project teams, while adhering to quality, cost, schedule, and safety requirements. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** **Technical Support and Coordination:** Ensure cross-functional technical support; plan and coordinate activities in collaboration with the line manager. **Definition and Validation of Solutions:** Propose technical solutions aligned with customer and project team requirements; supervise and validate repairs/interventions on aircraft structures. **Training and Documentation:** Train/mentor new employees within their area of activity; develop work instructions and structural reports for damage assessments and repairs. **Optimization and Monitoring:** Optimize resources and timelines; contribute to developing monitoring tools and updating processes based on acquired experience. **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** Comply with safety instructions and SMS (Safety Management System) standards; use personal protective equipment; promote workplace safety; participate in continuous improvement processes. **Job Requirements:** A Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering is required. Specialization in structures or proven experience in a similar role will be considered favorably. Strong teamwork spirit and decision-making ability are essential.
