Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Executive to acquire and manage a new mediation network, with a commercial profile and experience working toward targets. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and training of new acquisitions La Fe, an insurance company, seeks to hire an Account Executive for the **Seville area and province**, at our branch in **Los Palacios y Villafranca**. La Fe is a life insurance company specializing in funeral insurance, with over 90 years of experience in the sector and more than 100 offices nationwide. We seek a candidate with at least one year of proven experience in the sector and possessing the following qualities required for this position: professional appearance, commercial aptitude, ability to work under pressure and toward targets. We offer: a labor contract with Social Security registration and an attractive variable compensation package. The main responsibilities will be acquiring a new mediation network for the aforementioned area (**Seville Province**). Activities will focus on acquiring **professional agents**, as well as **brokers and tied agents** within the region, while remaining open to recruiting commercial agents without prior experience. **THE ABILITY TO BRING AN EXISTING NETWORK WILL BE POSITIVELY VALUED**.
