Currently, we are seeking a person to work at our offices in Seville (Alcalá de Guadaíra), together with our team of waste management specialists, as an administrative specialist in Environmental Affairs. Main tasks, functions and responsibilities will be as follows: * Coordination of environmental projects with the Commercial Management team and various clients. * Management of environmental permits and operating licenses according to waste type. * Invoicing / purchasing. * Internal and external QE audits. * Treatment plant authorizations: Contract renewals/LER/Transporters. * Regulatory reviews: Discharges, soils, noise. * Coordination of environmental training. * Monitoring of Zero Discharge projects, Life Cycle Analysis, etc. * Monitoring and coordination of legal documentation related to waste management and transfer. * Preparation and supervision of Waste Management Reports, in coordination with other departments. * Liaison with authorities and Safety Advisors. **Minimum Requirements** Education: Environmental training desirable. Previous experience in waste documentation management. Organized, responsible person with ability to work in a team. Knowledge of SAP desirable.
