The purpose of this position is to lead extraordinary analyses related to stoppages, pending items, and exceptions within the Manual Billing process—identifying billing opportunities, analyzing root causes of blocking issues, defining operational solutions, and performing comprehensive follow-up of implemented actions. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Analyzing contracts pending invoicing. * Identifying and classifying causes of stoppages or blocks. * Performing large-scale analysis of data from SAP and satellite systems. * Selecting candidates eligible for manual invoicing. * Analyzing functional and technical exceptions. * Evaluating regularization and invoicing alternatives. * Preparing status reports, diagnostic assessments, and action proposals. * Designing and executing extraordinary exercises requested by the business. * Coordinating activities with IT systems teams and functional leads. * Tracking achieved results. * Identifying risks of legal deadline breaches. * Proposing process improvements and automation. * Participating in initiatives aimed at reducing backlogs and optimizing the invoicing funnel. ### **Requirements** #### **What Will Make You Successful in This Role** * Minimum 4 years’ experience in functional or operational analysis. * Experience in billing or regularization processes. * Experience in large-scale data analysis. * Experience preparing diagnostic and tracking reports. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Power Query. * SQL. * SAP IS\-U. * Data analysis. * Advanced reporting. * Management of complex incidents. * Knowledge of energy billing regulation. * Ability to interpret information from multiple systems. ### **What We Offer** * Join an established corporate group with national and international presence. * Indefinite-term contract. * 100% remote working arrangement. * Possibility of assignment to centers in Sevilla, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
