Job Offer: **Construction Manager** Company: PINUS S.A Location: **Villaverde del Río (Seville)** Salary: €38,000–€40,000 gross per year Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Villaverde del Río (Seville). The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, budget, as well as occupational health and safety regulations. Education: Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related university degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year Terms and Benefits: Competitive Salary: Annual gross salary range between €38,000 and €40,000. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:30–18:00; Friday, 8:00–14:00 (afternoons off). Additional Benefits: Company car. Intensive working hours during summer months.
