Efficiency, flexibility, continuous improvement, and rigor define us. **Join our team as an HR Administrative Intern – Staff Rosters and become part of an organization committed to professional development and employee well-being.** **This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining practical experience in the field of human resources.** **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Support daily staff roster management, including onboarding and updating data. * Collaborate in implementing shift adjustments, absences, leave requests, and other operational incidents. * Provide support in digitalization processes, reviewing and validating information related to team planning and activity. * Assist with administrative tasks and support operational monitoring and control activities. * Collaborate in verifying data quality, contributing to the improvement and smooth operation of internal systems. * Prepare basic reports and periodic reports. * Communicate with housekeepers or service supervisors to validate information and resolve incidents. If you are a university student majoring in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance and Accounting, or related undergraduate or master’s programs—and are eager to apply your knowledge and gain HR experience—don’t hesitate to apply! **Conditions:** * Contract type: Internship. * Duration: As per agreement. * Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., or part-time according to the student’s availability. * Remuneration: Compensation between €400–€640, depending on the hours worked by the student. * A university/school internship agreement is mandatory. * Immediate start.
