Furthermore, we maintain close collaboration with the university through our Technological Advisory Council, the CÁTEDRA Group, composed of 14 nationally and internationally renowned professors specializing in Operations Research and data science, reinforcing our scientific value proposition. **About the Position** We seek **PhD holders** eager to grow within the field of **Artificial Intelligence**, to join our team. **What You’ll Do:** * Analyze data and develop applications for optimizing complex processes using both Artificial Intelligence and Operations Research techniques, leveraging programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C\+\+. * Analyze, debug, transform, visualize, etc., available data for AI projects, applying the appropriate tools and technologies case by case. * Perform EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) on data to provide high-quality datasets for AI models. * Apply various Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, which will be trained, validated, and tested according to each project’s objectives. * Tune ML/DL models. * Research and implement ML/DL algorithms and tools. * Implement the full ML/DL model pipeline (data source, data cleaning, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring/operations). * Develop and implement advanced technological solutions grounded in frontier research. * Design and oversee complex projects in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, distributed systems, cybersecurity, or big data. * Conduct original research to solve novel computing and technological challenges. * Publish research findings in scientific journals and participate in international conferences. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technologies across different sectors. * Advise and lead technological innovation projects for companies or institutions. * Design and optimize algorithms to improve the efficiency and performance of computer systems. * Supervise and mentor master’s or PhD students in research projects. * Implement prototypes and validate solutions in real or simulated environments. * Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and advances to apply them in research and projects. **First Weeks at OGA** From day one, you’ll be fully supported by the entire team. The People department will organize a series of three-tiered onboarding meetings with various OGA leaders: covering general topics and internal systems, the company’s purpose, and the technologies we use. You’ll also meet your Buddy, who will guide you—especially during your first month—throughout your integration process.
