We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Technician. We are looking for a professional with customer service experience to manage daily inquiries from our users. The candidate will be responsible for effectively serving customers using various technological tools across both written and phone channels, as well as performing administrative support tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. * Manage incidents using the **Zendesk** platform. * Monitor and respond to reviews on specialized portals. * Record and update information in the **ERP Odoo** system. * Make incoming and outgoing calls for customer service and follow-up. * Perform **back office** administrative tasks related to customer management. * Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive service. * Portuguese language proficiency will be valued. **Job Requirements:** * Experience in customer service or technical support. * Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Proactive, organized attitude with attention to detail. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
