If you wish to build your professional career as a **Systems Operator** and join a highly skilled team, this opportunity is for you! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Equipment layout and cloning. * Hardware component replacement and incident resolution. * Basic operating system installation and administration. * Workstation deployment and configuration. * Basic peripheral and printer management and maintenance. * Monitoring tool review (Nagios, Centreon) and alert escalation. * Execution of scripts and operational tasks. * User support and assistance. * Log analysis and incident resolution. * Network cabling management in data centers and user workstations. * Vulnerability alert review and management (USTIC). * Updating technological inventories. * Administrative management of VNC, DNS, visibility settings, and other associated services. **Essential Requirements** * Medium-level Vocational Training in IT or higher academic qualification. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles. * Demonstrable knowledge and experience in microcomputer support, operating systems, monitoring, and IT infrastructure management. * Experience in user support and incident resolution. * Schedule: Weekdays from 21:15 to 07:15; Saturdays and Sundays involve shifts from 07:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 07:00\.
