We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the execution of building projects intended for public administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising schedules, quality of installations and finishes, and will report directly to the Construction Management. Key responsibilities include coordinating the achievement of objectives, ensuring execution timelines, costs, and specifications. This also involves construction planning, managing financial closings, and preparing comparative tables, quantity take-offs, proforma invoices, and certifications. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary commensurate with each candidate's experience. * Minimum 6 years of experience in large-scale building projects * Strong management capability * Excellent team management and client communication skills * Technical degree in engineering or architecture.
