Reporting to the **Commercial Director**, we are seeking a **Commercial Delegate** for the southern region of Spain, based in Seville. **Could you answer "yes" to…?** -------------------------------- Do you treat your colleagues with respect? If so, we would love to meet you. ### **In this role, you will play a key role within the commercial team in southern Spain.** ### **The ideal candidate should have between 5 and 7 years of previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector (preferably), although experience in related sectors such as hardware stores, paints, or other related fields will also be considered.** **Your responsibilities:** ----------------------- * Identify and serve as primary contact for customers (and potential customers) to ensure contracts, maintaining close and long-term relationships. * Manage, segment, and develop the customer portfolio, and consequently, the business. * Proactively provide technical and market advice to customers, including a range of potential auxiliary products. * Close sales * Identify and establish new collaborations with distributors * * Collaborate and develop synergies with internal teams for business development: close coordination with Technical \& Marketing, Sales, and Technical Training departments to facilitate (when required) advisory support, technical solutions, deal closures, project follow-ups, joint visits, technical training, etc. * Measure impact: periodic activity reporting according to corporate processes and tools (CRM Salesforce) to improve profitability, productivity, and effectiveness. Fulfillment, monitoring, and development of established KPIs **What we would love you to have:** --------------------------------------- * Higher education degree desirable, preferably in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar * Commercial Management training * Native-level Spanish.
