Join our team! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Support in preparing and reviewing monthly payroll under team supervision. * Collaboration in managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes with Social Security. * Support in calculating and reviewing payroll-related taxes (e.g., IRPF, withholdings, etc.). * Support in formalizing and tracking employment contracts, extensions, and labor annexes. * Collaboration in filing Social Security contributions (SILTRA, RLC/RNT). * Participation in conducting studies and simulations (e.g., salary costs, contributions, pensions, etc.). * Support to the team on international mobility matters, learning about the application of bilateral agreements. * Collaboration in interpreting and applying labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements, supported by senior team members. **What do we offer?** * Immediate incorporation. * Morning or full-time schedule compatible with your studies. * Integration into a leading professional services firm. * Practical training and continuous learning, with constant support from the team. * Involvement in real projects and progressive client interaction. * Excellent working environment, with continuous *feedback* and a strong learning culture. * Real opportunities for professional development at RSM Spain.
