Focus on real warehouse operations and order picking **Job Offer: Trainer for Order Picking, Packaging, and Parcel Handling Course** We are looking for a **logistics and warehouse operations specialist trainer** to deliver vocational training targeted at individuals facing vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion. The aim of the course is to **enhance trainees’ employability in the logistics sector**, equipping them with competencies to perform order picking, basic warehouse management, and goods dispatch functions. **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Delivering theoretical\-practical training on basic warehouse operations and order picking. * Adapting content to the group’s level, promoting accessible and inclusive learning. * Developing an active methodology based on **practical and experiential learning (learning by doing)**. * Simulating real work situations: goods receipt, warehouse organization, picking, packaging, and dispatch. * Fostering key transversal competencies: organization, teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Monitoring trainees and continuously evaluating the learning process. * Coordinating with the project’s technical team to ensure objective achievement. **Training Content** The training program includes the following main modules: * **Basic warehouse operations:** organization, goods flow, stock control, and inventory management. * **Product replenishment and management.** * **Order picking:** methods, route optimization, use of tools and digital systems (barcodes, RF, WMS). * **Packaging, packing, and order dispatch.** * **Incident and returns management.** * **Occupational risk prevention in warehouses.** * **Transversal competencies and sustainability in the workplace.** **Methodology** A methodological approach is required that is: * **Practical and employment-oriented**, centered on real job tasks. * **Participatory and dynamic**, incorporating simulations and group activities. * **Adapted to vulnerable groups**, considering diverse learning paces. * Based on the use of real tools: barcode scanners, tablets, product simulations, and warehouse documentation. **Required Profile** * Professional experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or similar roles. * Teaching experience or training in vocational education and training for employment. * Experience working with vulnerable groups or in the social sector is desirable. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention in the logistics environment. * Strong communication skills, motivation capacity, and adaptability to the group. * Social sensitivity and training in equality (desirable) Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
