Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff for a residential care center, including daily cleaning tasks, laundry and meal management, and detection of anomalies in facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for continuous training and professional development In Alcalá de Guadaíra, we are seeking staff to carry out cleaning tasks at a residential care center. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and storage rooms, integrating these tasks with residents’ daily routines. The role also involves transporting users’ clothing and bed linens to the laundry, preparing and serving meals, collecting tableware and clearing tables after meals, and managing waste collection and disposal. It is essential to identify and report any anomalies or deterioration in facilities and furniture. A temporary contract of 6 months to 1 year with full-time hours is offered. Work shifts are rotating: 08:00–15:00 and 15:00–22:00. The work environment is collaborative and respectful, promoting work-life balance. Continuous training and professional development opportunities will be provided. * Candidate with preferably at least 6 months’ experience in cleaning and/or kitchen duties, preferably in hospitality, hospitals, or senior care centers. * Positive consideration will be given to candidates holding certifications in food handling, safe use of cleaning chemicals, basic mental health training in gerontology, and/or basic first aid. * Positive consideration will also be given to candidates holding additional training related to the field, as well as complementary training promoting equality.
