Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a hotel in Seville, responsible for planning, preventive maintenance, and repair of failures, as well as facility management and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Ensuring regulatory compliance and facility management. 3. Promoting energy-saving and energy-efficiency initiatives. At CATALONIA HOTELS, a rapidly expanding hotel chain, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for one of our hotels in central SEVILLA The **main tasks to be performed** are as follows: * Planning of tasks. * Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Completing the corresponding form. * Following corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. * Repairing and/or supervising breakdowns. Verifying that breakdowns are fully resolved. * Carrying out the legionella prevention process. Completing the corresponding records. * Ensuring facilities comply with current regulations. * Responsible for directing the emergency plan. * Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. * Diagnosing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager. * Promoting and implementing energy-saving and energy-efficiency initiatives. * Managing inventory and spare parts, subject to management approval. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in a similar position. * Technical education + Installer certifications. * Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). * Commitment, rigor, and dedication.
