Incident analysis and preparation of operation sheets. We are seeking a professional to program and optimize processes in Vilanova del Camí. Main responsibilities include ensuring product quality, supervising production flow, and preparing detailed technical reports. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and adjusting manufacturing routes, as well as training operational staff on machinery usage and methodologies. Productivity performance will also be monitored in collaboration with plant managers. Additional duties include creation and modification of manufacturing programs, analysis of incidents occurring during the process, and preparation of operation sheets. A full-time temporary contract is offered, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing similar duties. * We seek an organized, dynamic, and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Knowledge of drawing, simulation, and manufacturing software is desirable. * Proficient spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. \- High-level English. GM in Electromechanics and/or equivalent is highly desirable.
