Your profile will be hybrid: **Studies Technician:** You will analyze projects, break down measurements, optimize resources, and finalize pricing. **Construction Manager:** You will execute with precision, from initial planning through to final delivery. Studies and Budgeting Department: * Review of tender documents, technical documentation, and drawings. * Performing measurements and breakdowns. * Requesting and analyzing supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Preparing detailed and competitive budgets. * Valuations, variations, and technical\-economic optimization. Construction Management Department: * Planning and control of construction (technical, economic, and scheduling). * Coordination with manufacturers, subcontractors, technical staff, and clients. * Procurement, logistics, certifications, and project closeouts. * Drafting technical reports and monitoring deviations. * Comprehensive monitoring of occupational health and safety (PRL), quality, and environmental standards. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in studies and construction management (retail, hospitality, or contract sectors). * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. * Willingness to travel nationwide.
