For new projects in the Industrial Sector, we require an **ELECTRICAL DESIGNER / BIM ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN FOR ELECTRICAL AND I\&C SYSTEMS**, reporting to the Engineering Manager, for projects in Spain. **Responsibilities** * 3D modeling of electrical and I\&C installations (cable trays, buried and aerial conduits, switchboards, MV/LV equipment, motor control centers (MCCs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), etc.) in Revit 2025 within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. * Detection and resolution of interferences (Clash Detection) with other project disciplines (structures, mechanical, piping, civil). * Definition and optimization of cable tray routing and electrical support concepts. * Preparation of electrical distribution drawings (cable trays, conduits, and raceways), equipment layouts, and cable laying drawings. * Preparation of cable termination and laying sheets. * Development and monthly updating of material lists and MTOs for cables (MV, LV, Control, and I\&C) and cable trays. * Integration of material lists and BOQs originating from other engineering packages and contractors. * Coordination with the client’s engineering team and documentation updates aligned with project progress. * Participation in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and tracking of delivery milestones. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity, Electronics, or Electrotechnical Installations, or a university degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. * Specific training in BIM modeling or Revit certification. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical drafting or design for industrial plants, preferably in Oil \& Gas, power generation, or petrochemical sectors. * Demonstrable experience in 3D BIM modeling of electrical installations for detailed engineering projects. * Proficiency in Revit 2025 within collaborative BIM environments using centralized models. * Knowledge of Levels of Development (LOD), with ability to work at LOD 300\-350\. * Experience in preparing cable tray drawings, routing diagrams, support details, electrical equipment layouts, and cable laying drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation as complementary 2D drafting tools. * Ability to interpret technical documentation from electrical equipment manufacturers (vendor drawings). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for managing lists and MTOs. * Availability for on-site work in Spain. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in power plant projects (CCGT, combined cycle, thermal power stations) or large-scale industrial facilities. * Knowledge and experience in Instrumentation and Control (I\&C) system modeling. * Familiarity with document management platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar. * Understanding of TAG coding for electrical equipment in industrial projects. * Experience in international projects or those executed under regulatory frameworks other than Spanish. **Competencies and Skills** * Strong organizational and work planning abilities. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments. * Problem-solving skills and results orientation. * Proactivity and adaptability. * Communication and teamwork skills. **Languages** * Technical English, with ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. **Work Location** * Sevilla, Spain (on-site). **Offer** * Immediate or earliest possible start. * Project duration of approximately 16 months, with potential extension depending on project needs. * Full-time position. * Salary negotiable based on experience and value added. * Permanent contract.
