We are currently seeking to incorporate an **Andalusia Delegate** into our Industrial Solutions team to lead the activities of our delegation, ensuring achievement of economic, operational, and commercial objectives, as well as proper management of human and material resources in the region. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Lead the integrated management of facilities and operations in Andalusia. * Prepare annual budgets and monitor their execution. * Analyze business performance using management indicators, dashboards, and analytical tools (Excel and Power BI). * Prepare monthly economic and operational reports for senior management. * Identify and implement actions to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. * Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of approximately 40 people, driving the planned growth of activities in Andalusia. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards. * Maintain institutional relationships with public bodies, local and regional administrations—especially municipalities and regional Environmental Departments. * Coordinate delegation activities with the company’s central services. * Collaborate with the commercial area in developing and implementing business development plans and growth strategies. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSEQ). * Guarantee compliance with applicable sector regulations and environmental requirements. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. * Prior experience in team management and operational leadership roles; coordination of people and resources is essential. * Experience in budgetary control, business analysis, and monitoring of management indicators. * Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI). * Ability to engage with public administrations, institutions, and official bodies. * Results-oriented profile with analytical capability, strategic vision, and leadership. * Prior experience in waste management companies, environmental services firms, or related industrial sectors will be especially valued. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract and career development plan. * Competitive financial compensation and flexible remuneration plan. * Flexible working hours. * Company car. * The opportunity to work and learn alongside industry-leading professionals. * The opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing sector: sustainability and waste management. **Who are we?** At Urbaser, we are one of the world’s leading providers of environmental solutions—a global company dedicated to enhancing the value of the planet’s resources to build a more sustainable future.
