Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare, cook, and present dishes while ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety, as well as managing inventory and collaborating with the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration with the kitchen team and head chef 2. Ensuring food quality and safety 3. Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes We require a permanent cook position with a weekly schedule of 30 hours in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday according to the roster. Salary: €1,000–€1,200 net per month. Prior preparation of ingredients—including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring—as well as correct cooking of dishes following established recipes and standards. Must guarantee food quality by using fresh ingredients and complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. Additionally, responsible for plating dishes, paying attention to presentation and adhering to service timing. Other responsibilities include inventory control, proper storage of products, and cleaning of the workstation and utensils. The cook works closely with the rest of the kitchen team, follows instructions from the head chef, and maintains clear communication during service.
