Job Summary: We are seeking a rural development coordinator to plan, organize, and monitor activities; represent the organization; and activate the territory. Key Points: 1. Rural development coordination in Valdejalón and Cariñena. 2. Planning, organization, and territorial activation functions. 3. Opportunity to work with local promoters and partners. This position involves coordinating rural development activities in the Valdejalón and Cariñena area, based in Épila. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and monitoring activities; representing the organization; liaising with local economic sectors; coordinating human, material, technological, and financial resources; preparing reports; territorial activation; advising competent bodies; coordinating cooperation projects; supporting promoters and partners; and drafting activity reports. A university degree in Social and Legal Sciences (e.g., Business Administration and Management, Law, Economics, Finance, Public Management, Labor Relations, or similar) is required, along with a Class B driving license and personal vehicle. Training in drone operation and English language proficiency are considered advantageous. The contract is temporary, full-time, with potential conversion to permanent. The annual gross salary is 36\.200 euros, paid in 14 installments. Occasional weekend work availability is required.
