Your Responsibilities At Pronet, we design and develop technological solutions for organizations in the waste recycling and energy management sectors. Currently, we maintain the stable version of our ERP system while building a new version from scratch using a modern architecture—serving as the foundation for upcoming vertical products we are already defining. **On a day-to-day basis:** * You will develop technological solutions that generate real societal impact, contributing to a more sustainable model. * You will participate in designing and developing software using modern architectures, current tools, and established development patterns. * You will implement key ERP and industry-specific product features, maintaining high standards of quality, performance, scalability, and user experience. * You will collaborate with your team in an Agile environment, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and products. How You’ll Work At Pronet ISE, flexible working hours are fully implemented: each person organizes their workday, always ensuring necessary coordination for team meetings. Fridays feature a compressed workday (8:00–15:00), as do July and August, to support better work-life balance. **Additionally, your birthday is a paid holiday:** we want you to enjoy it however you prefer, with whomever you choose. Your Onboarding Experience We’ll design a tailored onboarding plan to ensure your integration is swift, straightforward, and effective. We’ll set goals for months 1, 3, and 6, providing the necessary support, resources, and guidance to help you become familiar with our tools, processes, and culture. We want you to feel confident and ready to start—but we also aim to prevent boredom, so we’ll assign small tasks early on, enabling you to write code and quickly integrate into team dynamics.
