We are currently seeking to **hire** an MEP Facilities Manager who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and outstanding service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary services installations. * Verify that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved procedures. * Monitor the correct installation of equipment and systems. * Conduct periodic inspections to verify work quality. * Technical Coordination: Coordinate activities among contractors, engineering, and construction teams. * Resolve technical issues arising during construction execution. * Identify interdisciplinary interferences and propose solutions; participate in coordination and progress meetings. * Quality Control: Verify compliance with project quality standards; supervise system testing, verification, and commissioning. * Manage non-conformities and corrective actions. * Review technical documentation, certificates, and test protocols. * Planning and Monitoring: Track physical progress of installations. * Identify deviations from the planned schedule. * Collaborate in preparing progress reports; monitor material and resource requirements.
