As part of the store’s replenishment team, reporting to the Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Restocking, fronting, and rotating products on shelves according to established frequency and order; * Politely informing customers about product features and locations, and collecting their suggestions; * Ensuring all products are correctly labeled; * Supporting inventory counts and order processing; * Performing cleaning tasks for shelves, floors, products, and work equipment. Desired skills and knowledge: We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail and people, and possess the following: - Experience as a stock clerk and familiarity with products in the department; - Vocational training at intermediate or advanced level is a plus; - Excellent customer greeting and service skills; - Forklift operation experience.
