We are seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our stores in San Sebastián. **Your key responsibilities** * Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives. * Drive sales through clienteling strategies, service excellence, and commercial initiatives. * Ensure an exceptional and brand-consistent shopping experience. * Manage daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention. * Analyze performance results and define action plans to maximize store performance. * Organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks efficiently, adapting to business needs. * Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and policies. **Profile** **What we are looking for** * ***Minimum 1 year of prior experience as Store Manager or in a similar position of responsibility within retail.*** * Strong orientation toward sales, results, and customer service. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. * Experience in watchmaking or jewelry will be viewed favorably. * User/intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Conversational level of English. * Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Professional requirements** * At least 1\-**2 years of experience** in retail, preferably as a Store Manager or in similar roles, including experience in launching new stores. * Experience in the watchmaking, jewelry, fashion, and/or accessories sectors will be valued. **Languages** Proficiency in English Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset **Contact** empleo@es.swatchgroup.com Job Reference: SGES\_00357
