You will coordinate communication between shifts, conveying key information to various departments. A high school diploma or vocational training qualification (FP) is required, along with at least three years of experience in similar roles within production departments. Knowledge of production planning and control, as well as prior experience managing teams and coordinating shifts, is essential. Familiarity with quality control and process improvement, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and proficiency with computer tools and management systems are also valued. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with a rotating schedule covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday.
