




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to accompany and support the development of minors and their families, promoting a safe and positive environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creating an appropriate developmental environment and conveying inclusive norms **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education, preferably, and/or diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a socio-educational field * Possession of a certificate confirming absence of criminal records related to sexual offenses. * Candidates of the underrepresented gender will be given preference. **Desired Qualifications:** ------------------------ * Immediate availability is preferred. * Prior experience in educational settings is valued. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- Among other duties, this position requires performing the following functions: * Conducting, together with the social worker and psychologist, the assessment of the minor’s family unit. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to develop and implement each minor’s Priority Intervention Objectives Project (POPI), while ensuring individualized support for each assigned child or adolescent (NNA), fostering an approachable atmosphere with each of them. * Accompanying families with a focus on promoting/training in positive treatment, shared responsibility, and positive parenting; encouraging positive learning methods; and eliminating punishment and physical or psychological violence within the family context—particularly in families where violence has occurred or is occurring. This intervention continues for as long as the minor remains in the service. * Ensuring adequate coverage of all basic needs of accommodated minors—whether health-related, emotional, educational, or related to leisure and free time. * Establishing an appropriate developmental environment across all domains within the residential units. * Communicating internal operational rules and/or norms, establishing necessary boundaries for effective service functioning, and modeling appropriate behavior. * Conveying inclusive social norms; helping channel impulses, listening actively, and resolving conflicts appropriately in each case. * Supporting all daily life activities. * Responding to all emergencies or incidents involving children or adolescents (NNA) during one’s shift. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Permanent **Work Schedule:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Hours:** -------------------- * Full-time schedule. * Rotating shifts. **Minimum Educational Requirements:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- * Salary according to collective agreement.
