Responsibilities * Organization and control of on-site work. * Coordination of workers and subcontractors. * Supervision of masonry work execution. * Quality, productivity, and deadline control. * Basic layout surveys and progress monitoring. * Control of materials and auxiliary resources. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). Requirements * Experience: **2–5 years as a Site Manager**. * Experience in residential construction (masonry). * Knowledge of construction processes. * Leadership capability on site. * Valid Class B driving license.
