The selected candidate will support the various stages of construction projects and collaborate with the rest of the team on basic construction tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform work at heights using rope access and positioning techniques, scaffolding, or platforms, always ensuring safety. * Assemble and disassemble safety systems (lifelines, anchor points, collective protections). * Inspect, repair, and maintain facades, roofs, rooftops, towers, and other structures. * Carry out masonry and painting work at heights, including waterproofing and joint sealing. * Load, unload, and transport materials. * Assist skilled workers and supervisors in masonry, formwork, demolition, or other tasks. * Clean, organize, and maintain the work area. * Use manual tools and small construction machinery. **Requirements** * Ability to perform safely and productively in height-related construction tasks, using scaffolding when necessary. * Previous experience in construction. * Availability for immediate incorporation. * Commitment to workplace safety regulations. * Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and good disposition. * 20-hour PRL training course (mandatory). * Valid driver's license (desirable). **We Offer** * Employment contract with social security registration. * Full-time position. * Integration into a stable team working on projects. * Possibility of continued employment based on performance.
