At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future — and that of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Reporting directly to the Product Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, updating, and proper management of technical and industrial product information for sheet metal components, managing changes to product structures, manufacturing routings, master data in ERP Baan, and associated technical documentation — ensuring consistency among engineering, production, and management systems. We are seeking a Product Support Technician. **Responsibilities:** **Product Structure Management:** * Managing engineering changes affecting the structure and technical definition of components, assemblies, and subassemblies, ensuring correct updates to graphical documentation and CAD models in Creo Modeling. * Ensuring all item revisions are properly registered and implemented in Baan, guaranteeing data integrity and traceability throughout the product lifecycle. * Verifying coherence and integrity of technical information associated with each part number. **Manufacturing Routing Management:** * Creating, updating, and optimizing manufacturing routings for sheet metal products. * Managing parameterization and maintenance of manufacturing routings, ensuring correct definition of operations, resources, standard times, and production centers. * Participating in implementing improvements aimed at enhancing production process efficiency. **Master Data Administration in ERP Baan:** * Managing technical and industrial product information within the ERP Baan system. * Performing creation, modification, and maintenance of items, structures, routings, and industrial parameters. * Ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability of master data used by Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments. **Technical Documentation and Design Management** * Performing technical modifications on part drawings and models using Creo Elements Modeling. * Keeping manufacturing technical documentation up-to-date in accordance with approved engineering changes. * Managing document revisions, ensuring correct identification and version control. **REQUIREMENTS** * Required education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechanical Engineering * Minimum experience: Not required * Required knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, blueprint interpretation, and intermediate Excel proficiency * Languages: English (intermediate level B1) * Required competencies: We seek a proactive individual capable of working effectively in a team and possessing strong communication skills.
