What are we looking for? * Minimum of **3\-4 years’ experience working in a factory or industrial setting**. * A responsible, organized, and committed individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the team. Working Hours We offer a stable schedule: * **Monday to Thursday:** **07:00 to 16:30**, including **1 hour for lunch**. * **Friday:** **07:00 to 13:00**. Salary Compensation will be determined **based on the candidate’s experience and knowledge**. If you have industrial sector experience and are seeking an opportunity to join a stable, professional team, we would be delighted to meet you. **Send us your application and join ETXEPLAS!** **Responsibilities** ---------- **Operating machinery:** Starts up, monitors, and controls production line machines. **Assembling components:** Mounts parts and joins components to form the final product. **Quality control:** Inspects items to ensure they are defect-free and comply with company standards. **Packaging and labeling:** Packages, wraps, and prepares finished products for distribution. **Cleaning and organizing:** Maintains a clean, safe, and obstacle-free workstation. **Requirements** -------------- **Minimum education:** Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent; in some cases, a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle is valued. **Availability:** Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) or weekends. **Physical capacity:** Stamina to stand for extended periods and perform moderate physical effort. **Competencies:** Teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. **Experience:** Prior experience in assembly lines, warehouses, or industrial environments is preferred.
