**Description:** ---------------- **Gurpea continues to grow** At Gurpea, a company with over 20 years of experience in industrial services, we are seeking to hire an **Electromechanical Technician** to join our team and provide on-site support at one of our industrial clients’ facilities. If you enjoy troubleshooting, proposing improvements, and working in an environment where technical expertise and teamwork are fundamental, we want to meet you. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and installations. * Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Replace and adjust electrical and mechanical components to ensure proper equipment operation. * Participate in technical improvements aimed at increasing facility reliability and productivity. * Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. * Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of the production process. **What are we looking for?** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Robotics, Electricity, or equivalent. * Experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance. * Knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * PLC and frequency converter knowledge will be valued. * A proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment via an indefinite-term contract. * A well-established project within a leading industrial services company. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, supporting work-life balance. * Salary range: €28,000–€32,000, depending on qualifications. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * Excellent working environment and technical support from day one. * Flexible compensation (private health insurance and childcare vouchers). * 14 payments per year (12 monthly salaries plus two extraordinary payments). **Why Gurpea?** At Gurpea, we believe people make the difference.
