




**Responsibilities:** Reporting to the Quality Manager, responsible for carrying out tasks delegated by him/her in the field of advanced quality planning, quality assurance, development of control plans, control tools and their calibration, product audits, design and qualification of non-destructive testing, and active participation in resolving quality-related Non-Conformities (defects, customer complaints, audits, etc.). In addition, will maintain the Quality System up to date and conduct audits. **Tasks:** * Develop and coordinate Quality activities within advanced quality planning. * Be responsible for designing and defining the Control Plan for new products, as well as control tools and their calibration. * Make quality-related decisions regarding assigned customer products. * Be responsible for designing and validating the non-destructive tests required for each project. * Conduct product audits and/or attend customer audits assigned to him/her. * Lead Non-Conformity resolution teams and/or improvement teams assigned to him/her, as well as manage complaints both internally and externally with customers. * Define, implement and approve procedures, methods and control guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory and/or customer quality requirements. * Deliver training and validate operators performing activities directly related to quality. **Applicants must meet the following personal and professional profile:** * Industrial Technical or Graduate Engineer. * English, spoken and written. * Knowledge of additional languages will be considered. * Experience in quality areas and customer-facing roles will be considered. * Willingness to work at other Fagor Ederlan plants, including overseas locations.
