You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative automation solutions that drive the renewable energy transition. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Drive the execution of offshore SCADA projects, ensuring timely delivery and high\-quality outcomes. * Coordinate resources and activities across engineering, production, logistics, and commissioning teams. * Support sales with technical input for tenders and contract reviews, while managing variation orders. * Lead customer meetings, manage open issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Identify and implement improvements to SCADA systems, leveraging lessons learned for future projects. **What You Bring** * Strong background in project management or engineering management, with hands\-on experience in SCADA and automation systems (preferably in wind generation or industrial automation). 5 years of work experience and 3 years of PM experience. * Bachelor’s degree in plant automation, controls \& instrumentation, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience. * Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross\-functional teams, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Well\-structured, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. **About the Team** You’ll join a dedicated Offshore Engineering SCADA department, working alongside passionate professionals committed to delivering world\-class renewable energy solutions. **About the position** TECNUN, the Engineering School of the University of Navarra, through the Industrial Management Department, seeks to fill a **tenured professor position** as part of its academic staff to begin in **September 2026**. As a member of the academic staff, the candidate will contribute to the University of Navarra’s three core tasks: research, education, and management. Thus, his/her role will consist primarily of academic research (50%), lecturing (40%), and services and management (10%). With the support of the existing academic staff, successful candidates will be expected to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Industrial Management Department. In addition to teaching responsibilities, candidates will actively contribute to the management and proper functioning of the department.
