The job involves managing documentation, such as filing and scanning invoices, as well as providing support for accounting tasks. This includes recording invoices, conducting reviews, and performing bank reconciliations. Additionally, the role entails managing daily email correspondence. For this position, training in Administration and Finance is required, along with prior experience in financial departments or accounting firms. Proficiency in accounting software and a basic or intermediate level of Excel are necessary. Knowledge of English is considered an asset, and a driver's license is mandatory. This is a temporary contract lasting between three and six months. It is a part-time position involving ten hours per week, with afternoon shifts during winter and morning shifts during summer.
