Your challenges: Closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), enhancing your team's ability to achieve daily sales targets. Develop team cohesion, motivation, and competencies by delegating tasks, assigning responsibilities, and pedagogically sharing your knowledge. Ensure teams comply with operational procedures (inventory, cash registers, merchandise, warehouse maintenance). Requirements You have at least one year of experience managing large teams (more than 8 employees). You fully master KPIs and the various levers to activate them daily.
