Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial and Service Manager to manage the client portfolio, ensure profitability and consolidation, and oversee the administrative operations of the office. Strengthen client relationships and drive clients toward digital channels **What Are We Looking For?** -------------------------- We are currently looking for our future Commercial and Service Manager for the **Moreda (Asturias)** office. Your mission will be to manage the assigned client portfolio in accordance with Office Management directives and Commercial Policy, aiming to ensure its profitability and consolidation. You will monitor and supervise the administrative functioning of the office, promote new client relationship models derived from the Transformation Plan within your team, and carry out administrative and customer service tasks in line with the service requirements defined by the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures. **Let’s Talk About the Project...** ---------------------------- Your responsibilities will include: * Planning and executing your commercial activities to ensure achievement of your objectives. * Identifying business opportunities and communicating this information to Office Management. * Attending to both clients and non-clients in person, by phone, or electronically. * Driving client referrals to digital channels based on daily operational propensity profiles. * Ensuring a positive customer experience within your scope of responsibility. * Negotiating pricing conditions for negotiable products, within the scope of autonomy granted to you. * Monitoring operational compliance with agreements arising from commercial actions and risk operations. * Monitoring and analyzing cash usage for daily operations, determining movements with the central cash desk. * Negotiating and implementing specific actions to regularize irregular investments by clients in non-managed portfolios. * Conducting assessments of human, technical, and material resource needs to ensure the office’s operational functionality. * Resolving operational incidents by disseminating applicable work regulations. * Collaborating in commercial processes and communicating identified business opportunities arising from client interactions. * Applying the Occupational Risk Prevention regulations established by the Group, both regarding operations and facilities. **What Do We Value in Your Application?** ------------------------------------- We will value your application if: * You hold a diploma / degree or university bachelor's degree in a business-related field. * You possess specific MIFID training certified by the CNMV or validated by Banco Sabadell’s MIFID Training Specialized Committee.
