Departing from Lisbon and Madrid airports, World2Fly focuses on marketing vacation flights to top Caribbean destinations, operating a new-generation, technologically advanced and efficient fleet. ***What will be my duties and responsibilities?*** * Support the validation, review and accounting of invoices related to direct costs of daily flight operations, under the supervision of the finance team. * Provide support in managing and updating airport tariffs in internal systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability. * Collaborate in the preparation, updating and monitoring of direct cost budgets associated with air operations (fees, route costs, handling, etc.). * Use Excel for basic data analysis, reconciliations, variance control and cost tracking dashboard preparation. * Participate in the monthly financial closing process, supporting the collection, review and preliminary analysis of operational costs. * Assist with administrative and financial department tasks, contributing to process improvement and standardization. * Coordinate closely with other departments (Operations, Procurement, Finance) to ensure accurate information management. **Requirements:** --------------- ***We’ll love you if you have...*** * Recent university degree or advanced studies in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field. * Prior experience is not mandatory; internships, scholarships or initial experience in accounting, finance or cost control will be valued. * Basic knowledge of financial accounting and familiarity with cost control concepts. * Proficiency in Excel, including: * Basic and intermediate formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, pivot tables). * Data organization and processing. * Preparation of control dashboards and simple reporting. * Initial knowledge of or willingness to learn SAP or other ERP systems (internal training provided). * Strong motivation to learn and develop professionally in the finance area. * Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and structured approach. * Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in teams within a dynamic environment.
