Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Technical Architect with experience in project development, BIM modeling with Revit, and construction knowledge to join our project team. The architecture studio **fleonyleon ARQUITECTOS**, located in Castilleja de la Cuesta, Seville, requires an Architect or Technical Architect to join its project team for the development of Basic and Execution Projects. Demonstrable experience is required in developing, BIM modeling, and graphical representation of Execution Projects using Revit, as well as technical construction knowledge and understanding of construction details. The main responsibilities include preparing and drafting plans using Revit, BIM modeling, developing construction details, interpreting measurements, and supporting the drafting and coordination of technical project documentation. Work is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits and trips to various project locations. The candidate will participate in residential, educational, administrative, and rehabilitation projects at various development stages.
