Reporting to the General Management and integrated within the company’s commercial structure, the main mission will be to develop, consolidate, and expand the international business, ensuring proper management and retention of existing accounts, as well as identifying new commercial opportunities—guaranteeing profitability and strategic positioning of both proprietary brands and MDD (Manufactured-Dealer-Distributor) brands. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and development of existing international accounts, including preparation of annual commercial plans per client. * Identification of cross-selling opportunities and portfolio expansion. * Preparation and monitoring of the annual sales budget by country and client. * Profitability analysis by client and category. * Negotiation of commercial terms, margins, promotions, and strategic agreements. * Sales tracking, forecasting, and control of budget deviations. * Ensuring profitability of international operations and minimizing commercial and financial risks. * Handling commercial and operational incidents. * Monitoring product launches, shelf rotations, and performance. * Selective prospecting and acquisition of new strategic clients in assigned markets—both for proprietary brands and MDD. * Participation in sector-specific trade fairs and international business missions. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree (preferably in Business Administration and Management, International Trade, or related field). * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in developing and managing accounts in international markets, covering both proprietary brands and MDD. * High-level English proficiency (Italian and/or Portuguese are advantageous). * Results-oriented profile with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities. * Excellent communication skills, planning ability, customer orientation, and teamwork. * Willingness to travel.
