We currently have offices across Catalonia and continue expanding by opening new branches in various provinces of Catalonia. We seek to hire a sales professional with experience in prospecting and retaining clients, and with knowledge of the Human Resources sector. We envision a person who is organized, dynamic, and client-focused, with a clear commercial vocation and strong goal orientation. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, ease in establishing professional relationships, and high negotiation capability. Main responsibilities will include: Acquiring new clients through field visits and telemarketing activities. Identifying growth-potential zones or sectors and conducting market analysis. Preparing, negotiating, and following up on collaboration offers and proposals. Daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up of new and existing clients, with activity logging in the CRM. Tracking commercially defined objectives set by management. Minimum Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in sales positions. Experience in cold calling, field sales visits, and client retention. Sales experience in the Human Resources sector and/or related training. Advanced proficiency in office software, Internet, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Teamwork ability, results- and client-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, versatile and solution-oriented profile. Bilingual in Catalan and Spanish.
