The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to request additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish vocational training qualification (FP II or CFGS) in the administrative field (officially recognized in Spain or certified equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or possess at least six months of professional and/or academic experience as an Administrative Assistant. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum six months of professional and/or academic experience in document management and data entry ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced-level Excel proficiency (verified during technical interview) * Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) (verified during technical interview) * Availability to start immediately (within a maximum of five days) upon confirmation of the position. * Advanced-level Access proficiency (verified during technical interview) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in document management and data entry ### **Prior Experience** * One to two years of experience in data entry and document management (professional and/or academic) * Three months to one year of experience in case file processing (professional and/or academic) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of seven months, linked to the execution of the assignment described in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule.
