Qualifications: DEGREE in Social Work or equivalent Experience in the functions of the offer: 24 months Languages: C1 CATALAN Driver's license and own vehicle Type of contract: temporary, 1 year full-time - Provide in-person support to women, and/or their daughters and sons, to understand the abusive history (episodes of violence, frequency, chronicity, and risk situation). - Assess the impact of violence on different social aspects. - Assess the risk situation of the woman and, where applicable, of the minors involved. - Work with the woman to address her most urgent social needs, assist her in searching for, and processing if necessary, the corresponding assistance. - Accompany the woman throughout the process of resolving agreed-upon social issues. - Prepare comprehensive reports detailing areas affected by violence, where applicable. - Establish necessary contacts and coordination with public or private networks. - In the case of migrant women, accompany them through the process of familiarizing themselves with the new environment. - Act as a bridge between the woman and the community (her own or the host community). - Respond, during working hours, to emergency situations assigned to them. - Attend emergency situations, during regular working hours, either at the center itself or at the emergency shelter service, as determined by the Directorate General for Families. * Experience: 24 months.
