Main responsibilities: * Design tailored job offers and post them on employment portals * Recruitment and selection: hiring various professional profiles * Personnel administration: support in daily workforce management (absences, absenteeism monitoring) * Creation of internal reports related to recruitment processes * Continuous improvement of selection processes, adapting procedures to client needs * Establishment of KPIs: selection process efficiency, turnover, etc. * Preparation of employment contracts, payroll and social security documents. * Management of communications with Social Security (RED, SILTRA, Delt@) and SEPE * Management of wage garnishments * Notification of disciplinary actions The ideal candidate should be dynamic, autonomous, proactive, experienced in handling high workloads, and unafraid of taking on new challenges.
