We are currently seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for our hotel located in Platja d'Aro Responsibilities · The selected candidate will have the following RESPONSIBILITIES: · Maintain facilities in proper working condition according to standards set by management. · Maintenance of pools and gardens. · Cleaning of outdoor areas. · Perform gardening tasks. · Comprehensive maintenance and resolution of incidents or breakdowns at the hotel: plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry, etc. · Coordinate with management and reception regarding all maintenance issues that arise. · Report any incidents to the maintenance supervisor.
