Camping Manager

We are looking for a quick-thinking, responsible, and committed individual to manage the day-to-day operations of an active campsite surrounded by nature and frequented by regular guests. This is not an office-based job. It is suited for someone who enjoys being on-site, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth operations. What will you do? Coordinate the cleaning, maintenance, and reception teams. Ensure the campsite remains well-maintained and fully operational. Manage pool operations (chlorine levels, pH balance, cleaning, and Legionella prevention). Attend to guests, handle reservations, and resolve daily issues. Supervise breakfast service and simple meal menus. Monitor inventory, suppliers, and essential purchases. Help improve campsite performance, increase sales, and enhance guest loyalty. What we’re looking for: Experience managing teams or operating a similar business (campsite, rural hotel, estate, hostel, restaurant, etc.). An organized, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. Basic knowledge of maintenance and sanitary control (Legionella). Strong interpersonal skills and a practical mindset. Willingness to reside on-site at the campsite (Castellón).
