




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced chef specializing in Mediterranean cuisine to prepare and present dishes, ensure quality control, and coordinate with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and hygiene maintenance Chef with experience in Mediterranean cuisine \- Preparation and presentation of dishes according to the established menu \- Preparatory work (mise en place) of ingredients \- Monitoring cooking points and product quality \- Plating according to establishment standards \- Stock control and support in goods receiving \- Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations \- Proper food storage (temperature control, labeling, FIFO rotation) \- Coordination with other kitchen staff \- Smooth communication with front-of-house staff to ensure proper service \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace \- Collaboration in dish creation or improvement * Minimum 2 years of experience. Prior experience as a Chef in hospitality and Mediterranean restaurants * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Experience in similar establishments \- Mandatory food handler certificate \- Knowledge of basic and advanced culinary techniques \- Familiarity with food safety regulations \- Ability to work under pressure \- Organized, responsible, and committed individual capable of teamwork * Vehicle availability required * Driver's license: B * Temporary employment contract (2 months) * Full-time schedule * Additional relevant information: Initially, the contract will be fixed-term discontinuous, with potential to become permanent indefinite
