Management of Investment Orders * Management of investment orders via SAP and follow-up Production Needs Management: * Collaborate with the production area (packaging and blow molding) on various needs that may arise: * Modification / review of line formats and blow molds, * Technical support during the commissioning of new equipment, * Coordinate supplier assistance for machinery to resolve existing issues, * Contribute to continuous plant improvement, * Collaborate in identifying and finding possible solutions to production problems, etc. Industrialization Projects – Packaging/Blow Molding: * Feasibility study of new products from a production standpoint: costs, investments, etc. * Participation in internal feasibility study meetings or with clients * Participate in internal meetings to work on, identify, and decide engineering solutions to adapt the plant to new production requirements * Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure the feasibility of new projects * Planning of industrialization projects * Participate in meetings or visits to potential suppliers of new machines/process equipment * Collaborate in the review/negotiation of budgets with potential suppliers * Actively participate in the coordination and supervision of work to be carried out: internal and external * Participate in FAT and SAT tests of new installations and process equipment * Actively participate in the start-up of new projects Specific Knowledge: * Manufacturing processes, packaging and conditioning of cosmetic and cleaning products. * Operation, adjustment and validation of industrial machinery and automated lines. * Knowledge of materials (plastics, films, packaging, formulations) and their behavior during production. * Application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Kaizen, 5S, SMED and VSM. * Methods and time analysis, line balancing and optimization of production flows. * Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation: Process FMEA, routing sheets, technical data sheets and work instructions.
