We are seeking a professional with experience to lead a young development team specialized in Odoo. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, supervising, and continuously improving the team, ensuring code quality and adherence to established deadlines. Key responsibilities include team coordination, implementation of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and providing technical support to resolve any issues. Additionally, the candidate will oversee cloud infrastructure, including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring platform security and robustness. The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, train and develop the team, and contribute to the company's technological evolution will be highly valued. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in similar roles such as Team Lead, DevOps Lead, or Technical Manager. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker. * Experience with CI/CD and cloud automation. * Strong knowledge of backend development with Python and frontend development with JavaScript. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to guide and supervise junior developers. * Experience in SaaS companies or ERP environments is desirable.
